Botox, Dysport and Dermal fillers are considered non-invasive with minimal downtime. It is important to remember, any time a needle is used on the skin there is the risk for bruising and swelling. We always do our best to prevent this from happening but there are never any guarantees. For this reason we always recommend getting injectables done at least 2-4 weeks prior to any major events or special occasions to allow for healing time and for the product to settle in.
